yeah yeah yeah, i am so happy, everything works again !!!!
i uninstalled neova guard, which is on of those new anti virus aplication that monitor memory (only) in realtime. neova's servics was not loaded anyway but its driver (.sys) was. noeova did not cause any trouble in the first place, but i guess it is incompatible with anything cd rom/ media / audio related that changed recently. (i had to install muisc match jukebox wich included a driver for my portable, also a tray ap that monotors for removeable media) so... neova was invisibly frozen (i guess) and blocked certain popwerpro *keys commands but not all.
