I have a floating bar that is set to:
Show if bump: Bottom Edge
Bump must be within bar
Hide After: 500 ms

The bar is positioned just above the regular Windows taskbar.

Lately I have noticed that the bar is not hiding a lot of the time. Here's
what I think is happening:

If I bump the bottom edge and the bar shows but then my cursor does not pass
over the bar, the bar does not auto hide. I can force this by bumping the
bottom edge and then moving my cursor off to the side so it doesn't touch
the bar. The bar never hides.

If I bump the bottom edge to show the bar and then move my cursor so it
passes over the bar, then it hides as it should.

I never used to notice this until I got a new PC a few weeks ago. When I
installed PPro on the new PC I updated to the current version, which was 4.4.
I think I was using 4.2 prior to that. So this behavior must have been
introduced sometime between those versions. Either that or it is something
about my new PC.

I must do a lot of bumps by accident because this bar is in my way all the
time now. I'm increasing the bump time to see if it helps, but I was
wondering if this was an intentional change?
