Thank you Bruce, That has done it fine. I have reduced my instalments to four (more likely anyway) and used the short dates. And if you are really able to increase the memory space in your next beta I am stunned and amazed with gratitude. I have just one more query which I will make a separate thread. Alistair

Yes there is and I will increase in next beta so you should be able to handle at least 14 days.
