As David said, you should make sure that WB starts after PP.

If you're using Win2k, disable WB's loading on startup, and run wbload.exe (I
think that's the name) in PP's startup script.

On WinXP, the only solution I have found is to set WB to ignore PP skinning
(you can disable the inherit option, so programs run by PP do get skinned) As
my PP stuff is mostly hidden, I don't have a problem with it not being skinned 
:)
