Something in your config seems to be activating a bug, although it
is strange this does not happen when PowerPro starts.

First, ensure you are using at least version 4.4. If this is not
it, try the following.

Shtudown PowerPro, run pproconf.exe alone by drag-dropping
pproconf.pcf onto pproconf.exe (using explorer on c:\program
files\powerpro).

Try the following changes, each separately, and after each one try
starting and reconfiguring PowerPro to see if it fixes.

1. Change position of all bars which are positioned in the taskbar
to floating. Make sure you check for more than one bar having this
position.

2. Ensure setup|advanced|other "restore icons when desktop
resolution changes" is unchecked

3. Uncheck Setup|advanced|Configure "Run reconfigure command list
with each new configuration"

4. Change command lists\setup|special list|monitor list to none.
