many programs reset the desktop workarea. This is annoying experience. I make a powerpro bar,for instant, permanent most top to other programs.so I set the work area for it so that other windows won't be overlapped by it. Many programs, like google desktop search sidebar, like to be a boss overall, resetting the bar and the desktop area.
Is there anyway to set the workarea with powerpro to fool other program with the exact resolution, or to dominate to tell them who is the boss?
