It seems the standard command prompt window has no convinient way to scroll up/down, something comparable to mouse wheel scroll. So I think, can it be possible to associate e.g. Ctrl+UP/DN with some functions that mimic mouse scrolling actions. Maybe plugin, if not in standard PP?
