Works fine for me and I have way more than 20 command lists. Can you be more specific about "not work properly". 1. How to you activate the command (eg button, hot key). 2. Are you using manual folders or just automatically tracked? 3. What are all the settings (count, check boxes) on setup tab related to tracking folders. 4. Exactly what happens when you try to use it.
