I don't know the answer to your question. One option is to position the bars so that they look as as a combo bar, but consider that as ACTIVE BAR grows it's likely to step over MIN BAR, so you'd have to figure out some corrective mechanism. An alternative layout is to put all bars on the same (screen top) row, one in the left corner growing righwards, another one in the right corner growing leftwards, and one in the middle growing rightwards too.
