It's not a bug in PowerPro.
It's what Win+D does - makes the TaskBar temporarily on top of
windows and bars which have "OnTop" status - until you cancel it
with another win+d or restore any window.
Solution:
Make a new PowerPro hotkey for Win+Z
Command: *Keys
Enter keys to send: {slow}{win}d{win}
Enter more commands: bar show mybarname
Notes:
Edit "mybarname" to your bar's name.
Use Win+Z instead of Win+D
For the new hotkey, you can use any Win+key combination
which is not already defined by the Windows system.
Do not use Win+ : D E F L M R U F1 Break
