This would be a fair bit of work; some of this work comes because
PowerPro was written a while back using older Windows technology (GDI)
to draw its bars, rather than GDI+ which I believe these products
use. So I would have to do something in new technology which is
backwards compatible with the old stuff now there. Not fun.
I have to admit I don't understand the attraction of this effect:
its fun the first few times, but is it any use? Does the expanded
icon help to find the right button? (It would be much easier for me
to create a big version of the icon rather than program the fancy
zooming effect).
