Nope -- its a documented feature in help to let you run your own file
manager. Not that useful I guess, since the same command would also
be used for files, but I don't like to break old configurations.
Anyway, to work around it, either call a script in the cmd which
checks to see if the _file_ selected is a folder or file, or use the
following one line, cryptic version as the command.
do( ifelse(file.isfolder(_file_),?+explorer+, ?+notepad+), _file_)
