Application: use Notes to display one or more startup message for other users
(where startup means Powerpro startup)
Solution: (requires NTFS file system) for each recipient USER create subfolder "New Messages USER" in
their powerpro Notes folder. Substitute USER with the actual user's name. For each sender user (must have
appropriate rights to write into the recipient's Notes folder) create a _junction_ to the recipients' "New
Messages USER" in the sender user's Notes folder. The junction link name must equal the junction target
name. Now every time the sender user creates a note with category "New Messages USER" that note will
be really stored in the recipient USER's notes folder.
For each recipient, add a startup scheduler item with command note.showcategory("New Messages
USER"). Substitute USER with the actual user's name.
