The earlier examples I wrote on this are all garbage.
Looks like Bruce and I are both mixing apples with oranges, at least:
width && height with right && bottom.
I just remembered that Window.Position uses width && height and the
rect functions use right && bottom.
So the following shouldn't place at the bottom right quarter of a
window, but does...

DO("WINDOW Position", win.mappoints("0 0 10000 10000",
win.getworkarea, "5000 5000 5000 5000")++ " "++ WIN.Handle("under"))
Kind of handy if we had a rect function that returned x,y,w,h as well
as another that returns l,t,r,b.
So, F.D. use Alan's examples and ignore mine until this gets fixed.
Although my earlier examples are working now, they won't work with
later revisions!
