Open the configure dialog, key mouse dialog, edit new item, click on
tyep key edit box, then click on the non-standard keys.  Look at
when numbers are set in virtual key code and scan code.  Do these
values vary as you try different keys?  If so, you can use them to
define a hot key.

Even simpler, if the Logitech driver allows you to associated any
command line with a command, use it to set the command line
"c:\program files\powerpro\powerpro.exe"  PowerProCommand
to run PowerProcommand.
