Not me, no.
You wrote that @Reconfigure is run at system startup.
Currently I run it (WinBarMono kit) with a hotkey that reloads all of my bars.
I envision doing the same for dual monitors as there are ways to add monitors dynamically without
restarting the system.
Sorry I can't suggest a solution to the problem you described, I hope Bruce's win.getdisplayrect can help.
