Hmm.  Either you can a corrupt dll (wildly unlikely; if dll was bad,
it's chances of doing anything at all would be next to nil).  Or 
in your setup a routine called FormatMessage returns a NULL string,
when on everyone else's it returned a real string.  Mockey, _what_
have you been doing with your machine???
