I think cl.SetEnabled is supposed to enable and disable the entire
item. Far be it for me to tell the author how his opus works but the 
docs say:

"cl.SetEnabled(clname, enable)
If enable is zero or empty, makes the specified item disabled,
otherwise makes it enabled."

I was puzzled when I first read that since there is no 'clindex'
parameter so I couldn't figure out how it was going to target a
particular item in a command list. In any case, I know it doesn't
control an item's 3D behavior because I tried it. Desperaion measures
for desperate people.
