When configuring Menu Folder, press "binoculars" button "Enter
format keywords...". There is an edit box about 3/4 way down
labelled "Enter exensions to include...". Put .exe here.

Rather than having a button execute a hot key, just run the command
from the button. I think you want
window ontop active

I'll consider this for a future release.

I don't understand this question. For most players, pressing space
toggles the pause/play, so why would you need a hot key?

I don't understand this question. Possibly you mean that you have a
configuration that refers constantly to c that you want to refer to
whatever disk you booted from. There are others who do this who
could answer your question with effective techniques that have
worked for them. Some use environment variables, for example.
