I really wouldn't know where to begin. My current powerpro
configuration has been stable for a number of years. In all that
time, all I've done is add to, or change command lists. The bar
layout hasn't changed in ages. This computer is nearly a year old
now, and I ported the pcf here from my old machine.

If I'm the only one who's reported this particular anomaly, then I
would say forget it; it's probably an artifact of how my particular
system starts up. I'll see what I can find by playing around with my
pcf. I would hope it would be a fewer number of testing steps to
systematically strip down my working pcf than to try and reconstruct
my working pcf by building on empty.pcf.
