Hi Evan,
If there is some new feature you want, so you can script
export/import and copying/moving items between command lists, etc,
while Bruce is on vacation, you could try "remote controlling"
the pproconf dialogs using keys commands.

The commands: Configure Command Lists, Configure Setup, etc
open pproconf at a particular tab.
Most buttons have an underlined letter such as e for export
in the Setup tab.

First do everything in pproconf using the real keyboard
and note which keypresses do what you want,
then write Keys commands to do the same.

You could activate a text input field by several Keys {tab}
or use Mouse rel x y lc [x y are relative to top left corner
of the main window].
Ctrl+Tab moves to the next tab (next page).
Enter does OK.

I haven't tried the above ideas myself, because I've never
needed to, but they could be worth exploring.
In theory, everything which can be done manually
can be scripted with Keys and Mouse commands.

Also...
do check out the Alan Campbell's ini plugin
which can read and write ini files.
After exporting a command list by script, as above,
to a known filepath, you could automatically extract
the [Properties] section of the ini file...
I leave the rest to your imagination.
