hold down the ctrl key, tap the Tab key until reaching the CPU usage screen

How I did it: was clicking the End Process button on a process, and I think I slipped with the mouse, so I didn't quite click right. And this happened. Hugely frustrating, as not only does it look like that but I get multiple instances of it now -- I have a PP script that minimises/shows it, but that now just opens new instances (of this inner window) each time.
