You can create a .cmd (not script!) file like this
c:\progra~1\powerpro\powerpro.exe shutdown powerpro noconfirm
start <path to your program?
start c:\progra~1\powerpro\powerpro.exe

and run from PowerPro button to stop powerpro, start your program, 
and restart powerpro.

It should work this way now.  If it does not, try reversing setting 
of "recognizing keyboard hot keys with Dos..." on 
configure|keys|setup.
