Thanks for this. I tried to simulating this bar but still could not reproduce the problem. If you have time, could you make a copy of default.pcf, import into there, and see if the problem occurs? BTW, the exported hover keywords like wrong, so you may have to check the hover settings after importing. If it does work, try comparing settings on command list|setup of copied default.pcf and your config to see if changing one fixes it. If it does not work, could you try deleting buttons one by one until you get to the critical ones to see if it can be made to work.
