You could always set single items with AddProperties, but there was
not way to unset or toggle (reverse) flag items tool tooltips. Latest
beta 4.5.06 now lets you do this with
cl.AddProperties("~Tootips") //clear flag
cl.AddProperties("^Tootips") //toggle flag
Note also that I omitted format= as this is now default if no =
appears.
