Yes, actually the BGImageProblem-Tiled.png under FilesSection->Temp is 
demonstrating exactly this. I've used the standard C:\Windows\winnt.bmp 
and tiled it. Strangely enough, the upper half is correct whereas the 
lower half is slided by a varying amount.
