Make sure you are happy with the color of reduced images as PowerPro 
uses the basic algorithm built into windows StretchBlt (HALFTONE).

Yes they do.  The current design does not recover memory no longer 
needed after dynamic changes which introduce new file names.  I will 
be implementing reference counts on the cache in the next version to 
fix this.
