Hi Bruce

Thanks very much for your help.

I have tried as you suggested:

Command Box: C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe
Parameter Box: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Stationery\email stationeryno back primus.htm"

both with and without the "s - and in both situations it opens up OE
but not the template. Is there a parameter that I can use to creste a
new email message using the template?

Thank you once again for your assistance.

Jean
