Thanks very much for your help. I have tried as you suggested: Command Box: C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe Parameter Box: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery\email stationeryno back primus.htm" both with and without the "s - and in both situations it opens up OE but not the template. Is there a parameter that I can use to creste a new email message using the template? Thank you once again for your assistance.
