I just uploaded a new one which includes both Event & Loop.
You have to choose between the two. There is no cross-hair problem
with Loop in my test, and felt really smooth although ProcExp reports
100% CPU usage. Event is set to default.

Just save it as powerpro.exe.manifest to the same folder with
powerpro.exe. Needs XP at least, I think. Thanks to Morkey.
