Hi list,

I just realised that in not putting the first section of PPSR up means a
few crucial things are not online -- such as the Keys codes, which I'd
taken out of the spot I had them (e.g. Keys was under Built-in Commands)
& I'd put them in an "Appendix" in the first section of PPSR.. which I
then didn't upload. Duh.

I can't decide on whether an Appendix is a good idea, keep doing it &
removing it & doing & removing.. :)

Was thinking an Appendix for quick access to a few things could be good,
such as Keys commands, Mouse commands, Win API message codes, etc.

The issue that prompted the Appendix was actually the Keys codes. Since
*Keys is win.keys() in scripting format, I felt the "correct" place for
the Key codes was with Win plugin, not Built-in Commands... but that
went against the main Help, which means people may not find it easily..
plus Plugins section was already pretty big.. so didn't want to do that
either.

Therefore, I thought an Appendix would be good... what do others think?

I've just put the first section back online (which I'd called "PPSR
Main" as the other sections are all children of this, so it has links to
the other sections, plus an overview, general syntax, credits, etc.)

You'll see the Appendix in there.

Of course, we're heading towards a nicely navigable version (both online
& in CHM) in which all sections will be together, so the unwieldiness of
the Old format & its breakdown of sections won't be such an issue in end
result. And in that end result, the Appendix will be on top level of
menu, so easy access.

Any opinions on that?

Also, disclaimer -- the "Main" section still needs fleshing out, is all
mainly in bullet-point form at the moment so may not be as clear as
other sections.

Karen
