I used the old Mark 1 eyeball, i.e., the effect is evident even to my
failing eyesight. The configuration in question is one of my most
mundane setups. I uploaded a file to the "Misc" area that contains
text ini's and captures of the bar and config dialogboxes for the bar
in question for both 4.5.0.8 and 4.5.0.7h. For an immediate
gratification quotient (I expect 3 points for this) I have included
the 4.5.0.8 ini at the end of this overly long e-mail. The 4.5.0.7h
ini, in all it's untouched glory, is identical.

It is useful to have a couple of rigs to work with because I can try
the new rev on one and leave the other one alone while I vet the new
one (what'd he say?). I am just a very cautious guy, y'know :)> But to
assure I wasn't wasting your time on this, installed two separate and
switachable Powerpro setups on the same rig so I could assure that
everything was equal... except of course the rev. It is one of those
rare perverted cases where I feared that the problem would "just go
away"... but it didn't so I'm still whining!

Anyway it isn't... like.. threatening the future of the planet as we
know it or anything but is is a bit ugly and I am just anal enough to
bitch about it so I really appreciate your humoring me.
