Run pproconf and change bar position to fixed center or something like
that.
Sorry to be so stupid, but I can't see how to do that :-(
Close config, ctrl-right click bar, change position to float on
menu.
Also, defined a hot key to command
win.move("yourbarna me",0,0)
in case it ever happens in future -- activating key will move bar to
top left
