Sorry, my mistake. Enter indeed exits configuration, I must have been 
using Alt-e or double-clicking the highlighted item without double-
checking (there's a pun for you...) it was the one I wanted. Not 
really sure if no default action for enter would be better, I have 
Win+enter hotkey set to send Alt-o to PProConf so I can use my right 
hand to reliably "OK" PPro dialogs without having to check on the 
current default button to use plain enter.
I also noticed that this glitch only happens on moving items down, 
not up. Moving up, highlight stays on dropped item.

As you say, Bruce, both are minor, so feel free to fix whenever you 
find the time.
