Excellent! And it captures the transparent crosshair. It's going to replace my IrfanView screen capture hotkey, though I will still need IrfanView to capture the active window or the client area. If you do succeed in capturing the cursor, please make it an option - BTW the equivalent option is broken in IrfanView. Capturing to bmp and jpg worked fine, but gif created a zero-sized file.
