Hello Group, I'm trying to select a folder from tracked fav folder list stored in "C:\Program Files\PowerPro\favfolder\_any.txt".
The idea is to OPEN a folder item from the list in EXPLORER instead of using it (just) for pasting the path of the item in File Open/Save common dialog. To do this, I have configured my tray-icon right-click as: *Menu ShowFile -> "C:\Program Files\PowerPro\favfolder\_any.txt" Actual Result: 1. I see a list of my fav folders and selecting a folder without a space in its path automatically OPENs it in Explorer :) 2. However, if the folder selected were to have a space in its path, I get the following error: --------------------------- Error running command (2): File not found C:\Program Files\PowerPro --------------------------- My guess is that the above call translates into a call to ShellExecuteEx and subsequent parse fails due to a space in path. This is just a wild guess and I might be totally wrong. Expected Result: When selecting a folder with a space in its path the folder should automatically OPEN in Explorer. Yes, I'm aware this is not the intended purpose of *Menu ShowFile and FavFolders -> _any.txt. However I'd like to be able to open folders from my FAV folders list. Hey thats what PP is all about isnt it ;) Thanks SK Attention: PowerPro's Web site has moved: http://www.ppro.org Yahoo!
