Since about 4.4.12 or 4.4.13, I've noticed that whenever a PPro alarm rings, one of my minimized windows is restored. I'm not sure, but I think it's the last window to be minimized. If there is even one minimized window, it gets restored as soon as the PPro alarm rings.
I realize you guys are so far gone into your scripting projects that something as pedestrian as what I am reporting probably doesn't interest you, and it seems lately that I've been the "voice crying in the wilderness" when it comes to odd PPro (or apparently PPro-related) behavior.
