Powerpro button, I thought you had a button bar associated with Agent

You could add a minimise button to your Powerpro bar for Agent -if you
have one- and set the action to
window.min("=Agent")
bar.hide(cl.getlastbar)
Or you could create a 1-button only bar, with the above button, and set
its position to right-caption on the Agent window, just adjacent to the
Agent window minimize button.
Anyway, these are work-arounds and none of them will fix 100% of the
problem.
