The documentation suggests that {slow} would be more reliable for
sending keyboard modifiers like alt, shift and ctrl.
Does it make any sense that shift doesn't work for me unless I use
{fast} in the keystring? Seems at odds with the doc. The shift seems
completely ineffective if I use {slow} or {sinp}. Latest beta, but
untested in previous versions. Have tried all the variations of
specifying the shift in the keystring, but my test string gets
recorded using logkeys as {shift}{right}{shift}
But sending to my app without {fast}, the app acts like it received an
unshifted {right}.
