Hi Bruce, Sorry if I missed your first reply. The yahoogroups site is banned by our firewall and I have to rely on email. I was able to replicate the problem using an empty PCF. Here's what I did: Changed configuration to empty.pcf. Created a new command list (autoshow as bar) and added 3 items (no commands, just icons). I set icon size to 32 and pressed Apply. Moved the bar to the right side of the screen, set hide after to 500, set show if bump right edge. Pressed Apply. Everything's fine so far. Then I set Round bar to 1 and slide direction to horizontal. Press apply, and the bar doesn't auto-hide anymore. My OS is W2K SP4.
