PowerPro does try to remember and re-activate the active window and in my limited testing it works. But I don't use desktops and I would not be surprised if it fails under some circumstances. Unfortunately, unless those circumstances can be isolated, I cannot fix it. Does it fail consistently for you or only sometimes. If only sometimes, can you see a pattern? Which items are checked on configure|desktops|setup. How do you switch desktops? Do you use a button+vdesk command, shift- right on a bar, hot key+vdesk command, or some other approach.
