i just found out, that it was the second equal sign in my arguments that
broke the intende behavior
for example
runfile [EMAIL PROTECTED]"d://dweh.exe"wehrh///dd"d
assigns x9 as it used to
but
runfile [EMAIL PROTECTED]"d://dweh.exe"wehrh///=dd"d
will assign only the first part.
