I have set up a number of hotkeys with Keytrap that use caps lock as their modifier.
Additionally I want caps lock to trigger an action when it's simply pressed and released. But: Any KeyUp action for caps lock will also be invoked after entering a hotkey combination that involves caps lock as its modifier. For the moment I use Powerpro flags to prevent unwanted executions of the caps lock-keyup-action. This approach forces me to either use two keytrap entries per hotkey or to maintain an additional script file. Is there an easier to maintain and less confusing way to handle the tap behaviour? Actually, e.g. tap-shift or tap-ctrl hotkeys work like a charm when set up through pproconf and never get in the way of other hotkey combinations. Thank you very much, I would love to see some hints.
