The Lock-To button (make sure you have 4.6. for full feature). Review the help carefully. I am not sure if it will work perfectly for you as all the bars can dynmically change size as new items are added to the folder. You will have to try different things. Possibly one bar fixed top centre and all others below and locked to it will work. YOu'd also need to set the screen work area for win.setworkarea to keep other windows away, if you want. Or experiment with other arrangements.
