1. How do I create a command to launch my browser at a specific window size and position?
2. Also I can't figure out the volume command. Is there a way to create a hotkey combination that make the volume go up and down and show an onscreen progress bar? If I can do that I can get rid of my 3rd party app. The instructions for the VolumeAll n command make no sense to me.
