Well in the meanwhile write-protecting the beta regex.dll seems to defeat the downgrading that normally occurs when running powerpro setup. Since the posix dll file names are different (pcreposix3.dll <> pcreposix.dll) this file is unaffected by use of powerpro setup. Regards, Sheri
