a few days ago i also tried to find out, how this works and was a little bit confused. Just to be sure if i understood it right: if i want to have only one button to change its color on hover, than i have to check "Flat". That's how it works here - but i don't really understand why this has to be so. I would prefere to have "Flat" unchecked.
