In this case, only one character is missing:
local callback=?'messagebox("ok",?"runit ran '++pgm++?'")'
It needs some practice, however, I'd like to encourage keeping trying.
It's likely to deepen the understanding PP's syntax, and I dare to say
acquainting well with the syntax of PP will help adapting to those of
C/C++. I presume this way I started to be able to read some simple
C/C++ codes without ever studying C/C++ itself. I could even
understand the syntax ?... ... : ... after merely seeing it a few
times, it's just ifelse() in PP (now I learned it's called the ternary
operator in C++).
