I can duplicate this issue. It seems to be caused by an incompatibility between PowerPro global hooks (used for trapping key and mouse operations) and Outlook. To prove for yourself, go to configure|setup|advanced|limits and set hook code to 3. Then restart PowerPro. eMail sending should work. However, many PowerPro features which depend on trapping the keyboard or mouse actions, such as hot keys and mouse actions, will not work. If this is OK with you, then you can leave the hook code set to 3. You may even want to look into using keytrap and mousetrap for your hot keys/mouse actions, since these plugins use a different hooking mechanism which _may_ not have this issue (I have not tested). I don't plan to try to change this situation in PowerPro. Mainly because it seems to be a quirk of Outlook only, but also because there is nothing obvious and simple and that I can see to do about it.
