Sorry to be slow; we were treated to an up(?)grade to Windows XP at work this week; that kept me busy computer-wise for a couple days! The new powerpro.exe appears to fix the problem as far as anything I have seen so far. Hidden programs stay hidden, and the focus behavior of windows after starting/closing programs from a PowerPro bar appears to work as described. Thank you, Bruce.
