[power-pro] Problem with Dialog Plugin 0.64 (PowerPro 4.7c)

Any attenpt to load an INI (even the pristine skeletonDialog.ini)
throws this error:

PowerPro ERROR: dialog.create: Programing error, bozo file:
\PowerProBase.cpp line: 12ini
Error occurred near line 27 of script skeletonDialog:
hDlg = dialog.create(sDlgFile, 0)

I am having difficulty identifyingthe source of the problem. Anyone
have any ideas?
